Sure this picture is the picture from my profile but boy have I changed so much in a year; physically and emotionally.
Physically: in about a year I went from 142 pounds to 110 pounds and I can't tell you how much work it has taken for me to get there. I had to completely change my life around which I will have to elaborate on this one later due to the fact that I have to be up in four hours to go work out since I have neglected that this week.
Emotionally: this will be for another night, but all I have to say for right now is that I am the happiest I have ever been. I still have a lot of things that I need to take care or deal with but don't we all?
